Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dime Dime Baby AI (the "Service") at https://dime-dime-baby-ai.com, operated by MIKOO LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). By uploading a photo or buying a video you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

You upload a photo and we use artificial intelligence to make a short dance video in the style of a popular online trend, starring the person, pet or character in your photo. The result is generated by an AI model: it is a fun approximation, it will not look exactly like the photo, and no two results are the same.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, any artist, record label or the creators of the original trend. Names of trends are used only to describe the style of the video.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a video. There is no account to create: the email address you give at checkout is where we send your video, and the order link is your access to it. Anyone you share that link with can watch and download the video, so keep it private if you want the video to stay private.

3. Your photo — your responsibility

Only upload a photo that you have the right to use, and only of:

• yourself;
• another adult who has agreed to it;
• a pet, a toy, a drawing or another character you have the right to use.

Do not upload photos of children, of anyone who has not agreed, or of public figures and celebrities. Do not use the Service to make sexual, hateful, violent or harassing content, to impersonate or deceive anyone, or to make anything that breaks the law. We may refuse, delete or refund any order that breaks these rules, and we may block access to anyone who does.

4. Payment

The price is shown on the page before you pay, and it includes any sales tax or VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. For purchases on the Service, Stripe acts as the reseller and merchant of record: the charge on your statement and your receipt come from Stripe, which handles the payment, tax and fraud checks under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.

One payment buys one video, made from the photo you uploaded for that order.

5. Delivery

Your video starts being made as soon as your payment is confirmed and is usually ready within about 10 minutes. You can watch and download it on the order page, and we email you the link when it is ready. Because the video is made and delivered immediately, you ask us to start right away when you pay — see the Refund Policy for what happens if you are not happy with it.

6. Refunds

If the video does not come out, or you are not happy with it, reply to our email within 14 days and we will make it again for free or refund you in full. The Refund Policy at https://dime-dime-baby-ai.com/legal/refunds has the details and forms part of these terms.

7. Using your video

You may keep, download and share your video for personal, non-commercial use — including posting it on TikTok, Instagram and other social networks. You may not sell it or use it in advertising. You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of the platform you post it on.

You keep whatever rights you have in your photo. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our AI providers, only to make and deliver your video. We do not use your photo or your video in our marketing, and we do not use them to train AI models.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be unexpected, imperfect or inaccurate, and we do not promise any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
