This policy explains what Dime Dime Baby AI collects when you make a video, why, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
The data controller for the personal data described here is MIKOO LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States:

What we collect
- Your photo — the photo you upload, which usually shows a face. We use it only to make your video.
- Your video — the video we make from it.
- Your email address — given to Stripe at checkout and passed on to us, so we can send you your video and answer you about your order.
- Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the order's status.
- Usage data — which steps of the page you reach (for example that a photo was picked, checkout started, the video was saved), tied to a random identifier stored in your browser and to your order. We use PostHog for this. It never includes your photo or video, and we do not record your screen.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps), kept briefly for security and debugging.
We do not see or store your card details: Stripe, our merchant of record, processes the payment and tells us only the order outcome and your email.
We do not use your photo to identify you, we do not create face templates or biometric profiles, and we do not use your photo or your video to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to make and deliver your video, each under its own privacy terms:
- AI video providers — your photo is sent to the AI model provider that makes the video (currently Seedance, by ByteDance, through our video API partner), only for that purpose.
- Cloudflare — hosting and storage of the site, your photo and your video.
- Stripe — payment, as merchant of record.
- Resend — sending your order emails.
- PostHog — usage analytics, hosted in the United States.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Your photo — deleted automatically within 30 days of your order. The copy sent to make the video is removed from our storage as soon as the video is done.
- Your video — kept for 12 months so your order link keeps working, then deleted automatically.
- Order records and your email — kept as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually up to 7 years).
You can ask us to delete your photo and video sooner at any time — see below.
Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising cookies. The page keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage for usage analytics, which you can clear at any time. If you ever sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how it is used. Email support@dime-dime-baby-ai.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order link if you have it, and we will act on it within 30 days — deleting a photo or video usually takes us a day or two. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not for children. Do not upload photos of children; we delete any we become aware of.
