Refund Policy

This policy explains when Dime Dime Baby AI, operated by MIKOO LLC, remakes or refunds a video. It applies to every purchase made at https://dime-dime-baby-ai.com.

Our promise

Every order is one video made from your photo. If something is not right, we fix it or give your money back:

• The video did not come out — the order page says something went wrong, or you never received a link. We make it again for free, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
• You are not happy with it — for example it does not look like the person or pet in your photo. We make it again for free once, or refund you in full.
• You were charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra charge.

Ask within 14 days of paying.

How to ask

Reply to the email we sent you about your order, or write to support@dime-dime-baby-ai.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order link if you have it, and tell us whether you would like a remake or a refund. No forms, and no need to explain at length.

We answer within 2 business days. A refund goes back to the payment method you used; it is issued by Stripe, our merchant of record, and usually reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we do not refund

We may decline a refund when an order broke the rules on what you may upload (section 3 of the Terms of Service), or when the same person asks for refunds on many orders in a way that shows the policy is being abused.

Your statutory rights

Where the law gives you a refund or withdrawal right that this policy does not, that right applies and nothing here limits it. Because your video is made and delivered immediately after you pay, the EU and UK right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days ends once the video has been made — but the promise above applies regardless.

Before you file a chargeback

Please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, which takes weeks; we can usually sort the same problem out the same day.
